Owner of unit below this condo was rude to say the least. Complained about my 2 year old being too loud and us walking too loud and stated I should be able to control how she walks around and noise level of her, which if anyone has a toddler, you know that is not the case no matter how hard you try. Customer service rep who I spoke with about the complaint didn’t care about my experience as the renter of this property and only of the unit below who complained. Customer service rep was very rude and argued with me and escalated the situation versus de-escalating. The Condo itself is beautiful but I will NEVER book with Southern again or this unit. They don’t care about you or your experience. I would advise no one who has younger children to stay there. We literally had to tell our daughter to stop every little thing just in case they complain about us again since the customer service rep said he would evict our family if we don’t stop the noise of us walking around. 2 year olds don’t listen well at all and are learning emotional control. We were literally tip toeing around the condo the last 2 days and left the condo all day too just because we were so worried they would kick us out for this reason due to the unit below us. We were on the 8th floor. Truly disappointed and ruined the end of our vacation.
