Emerald Isle 1608 is situated on the 16th floor of one of the greatest communities in our area. Plenty of that famous Florida sun shines throughout the property, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you enter. Enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living and dining areas as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom also offers additional access to the private balcony. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this condo can accommodate eight people.

Not only do condos at Emerald Isle offer guests lavish accommodations, but incredible community amenities as well. Two Gulf-front pools are available, as well as a community hot tub. There is also a fitness facility available for those who need a daily workout. There is even a resort sauna to help you unwind after a long day at the beach.

Generally the property was very good except for 2 things: The living room furniture is not comfortable. The washer didn't spin water out of clothes properly and made a lot of noise. The dryer didn't dry clothes well. Maybe because the washer didn't spin properly.

The condo unit itself was the nicest we have ever rented, everything about it was wonderful. Spacious, well decorated, clean, fantastic view, privacy. The Emerald Isle building was impeccably clean and well maintained. Not as thrilled about Southern Vacation Rentals, the property manager, they seemed more concerned about looking for ways to charge us more, less concerned about our vacation.

We had a great experience in the condo. The views are just as pictured and the view from the balcony is fantastic. Elevators are relatively fast and we didn’t have a problem waiting too long for one. Living room furniture is comfortable. Master bed is very comfortable. The pocket door is noisy, but we didn’t have any other issues. The management company was very responsive to the one TV issue we had. The condo building is cleaned almost obsessively. All-in-all, it was a good experience
