Bring your own toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags and paper towels. Other than that, it was great place to stay, great location.

This property was just OK. Middle level so there was noise from above. The owners of the unit below were chain smokers which made sitting on the balcony rather unpleasant. No beach towels so if you're traveling by plane, plan ahead. No hot pads for the kitchen. The lower trundle bed didn't have a coverlet, just sheets. There wasn't a spare in the closet so I called the rental property and asked. They said housekeeping would deliver one. They didn't. The pool in the complex wasn't heated and since the weather was cool it limited the time the kids wanted to swim and they LOVE a good pool. Walking to the beach was easy. Probably wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Fridge was not in the best operating condition, dryer was not drying clothes well and balcony was closed for unit and building due to structural problems. Our room was clean, up to date and well equipped. Nice furnishing and beds were comfortable.

Nice place

A wonderful condo in a very nice complex with a great location. Note that it is on the middle floor, so there is a chance you may hear people above you. However, the unit above this one is owned and not rented (at the time of this review, although that unit is for sale currently). So for us, there was no noise at all - the complex was very quite at great part of the island. Steps from the intercoastal beach (which is nearly out your front-door) and right across the street is beaches on the Gulf side - you can't ask for more! Unit was very nicely stocked an assortment of pots bans, blender, hair dryers and very comfortable beds (all guests in our party commented how nice they were). Property management company was extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had during our visit and make check-in an absolute breeze sharing all the necessary codes and information ahead of our arrival. A really pleasant experience in which I'd happily stay here again.
