Would you want to pay the money we paid to stay here and have the above mentioned issues we had? For the money we at least expected a clean place because we are paying a hefty cleaning fee to get the place ready for the next tenants. You might need to get some different cleaning people.

We arrived in pouring rain and I seemed to be an imposition requesting a check in at 3:40 (20 min ahead) 9 am check out is unfair ! Give your quests at least till 11 or 12 noon. Parking is poor. You can accomodate 8 people but only 2 cars.

True Gem of a Place to stay...... We have stayed her several times throughout the years....... definitely our go to place for Navarre. Especially that the unit is " Pet Friendly"...... You have the Best of Both Worlds.... ( Bayside for Boating/ paddle boarding, kayaking & Beautiful Afternoon Sunsets). & of course the Gulf side...... for Sunrises, Long Walks on Pier, and Opal Beach VIA Golf Cart.....
