We had a few issues, I had to call to get code to access property and internet. None of the information was provided.When. We walked in unit there was a mildew/mold smell. There was mold in all 3 bathrooms, the remote to second bedroom was missing so we couldn’t watch tv. The dresser drawer was propped up against the other drawers so limited drawers space.The front door would not stay locked so you could literally push the door open with no code.There were issues with sheets and pillows for the sleeping couch, there was one sheet provided, no fitted sheets, pillow or blankets. We were advised that we were supposed to bring our own linen. There were no clear instructions on a lot of things.The response from the team on text messages took 15-45 response waiting times. We had to call the customer service and file complaints about the mold, drawers, no linen and the cleaners leaving wet dishes in the cabinets, they also never advised us of the $100 fee you pay at check in for parking.

Great location, great view, great amenities. Riding the elevator can be a challenge during busy times of the day but the location is perfect.
