- 30+ Days Prior to Arrival, 30% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 29 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.

The condo itself was great! Getting our parking tag from Southern Vacation Rentals was difficult. I paid for it, but never received it. Apparently your email determines this. The Panhandles Getaway office e staff was kind enough to help even though we didn’t book through them. There were also no wristbands in our unit. When I asked about them I was told it was confirmed they were there and give several spots to look, including under the bed. The property manager herself was supposed to deliver them. Never happened a security guard was finally able to help us on day 2.
