AC did not cool main level. We had to use fans to try to cool down the unit. The baseboards and doors were dirty, dried blood stain on the pillows on the living room couch.

We have a short beach vacation with 2 small families. This home was perfect for that. We loved having the golf cart and the ease of checking in and out. We had a cabinet door fall off while we were staying and The property manager quickly and promptly responded and fixed the situation. Highly recommend this home!

Property needs a lot of maintenance. Kitchen faucet is broken, handle for the freezer door is broken and needs the interior of the property needs to be painted. We had to call the property manager to have the AC looked at because it wasn't cooling. We even had to change the air filter ourselves because it was so nasty. Drains in the bathroom weren't draining properly. Manager was very very fast in getting someone out there. Golf cart is awesome for transporting. Overall we had a wonderful vacation.
