The house and cottage share the same property and together, they can comfortably sleep 12 of your closest friends and family.
Adorned with brick streets, you will love staying in the beach community, Village of Tannin. As you arrive at the home you will find three parking spaces available. Enter the house and discover the cottage can sleep four guests making it perfect for a couple, close friends, or small family. It also includes a mini-refrigerator and a full bathroom.
In total, the home towers three stories high, making it easy for each member of your group to unpack and get comfortable. Discover a fully equipped and beautifully designed kitchen in the main house with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. This will come in handy when preparing snacks for the beach or decadent dessert to enjoy on your private patio found through the living room. You are sure to spend a lot of your vacation relaxing in the comfortable patio furniture enjoying the Coastal Alabama weather.
The second floor of the home is where you will find the master bedroom. Wake up and enjoy a fresh pot of coffee while lounging on the balcony directly off the master bedroom. The second floor is also home to the second bedroom equipped with its own Smart TV. Discover a bonus room on the third floor where you are sure to hear lots of laughs from little ones in excitement to get to the beach.
Explore the neighborhood and discover the Olympic size swimming pool exclusive to The Village of Tannin residents and guests. Not to mention, private beach access is just a short walk away! We needed a place last minute, near the funeral home, but wanted to be close to downtown in case...
We needed a place last minute, near the funeral home, but wanted to be close to downtown in case we had a chance to go explore. This is a beautiful historic neighborhood and the location was a great fit. I think it's clear in the description, but this is a guest home right in the owner's backyard, very close to their back door - others may feel that isn't their ideal stay. We didn't see the owners at all and felt like we had plenty of privacy with help readily available if we needed it. While there isn't a stovetop, the kitchen was serviceable enough for a short stay including your breakfast and lunch needs. Better coffee amenities would have been nice, but there is Soul Caffeine around the corner and it is fantastic. Smells a little musty - from humidity/water not cleanliness - it's spotlessly clean - at first, but once the air gets going it's ok - plus it's the deep south - so not much out of the ordinary there ;)

It was a lovely dwelling to reside at for a few days. It is up a flight of stairs which i don't believe was mentioned. Also, the lighting to access the building behind the main house is sparse at best. We had to use flashlights and iphones to navigate the side of the house. My mom stayed there and would do so again as she did love the place.

Bragan's place was so quaint and clean! The location was safe and close to everything. Extremely quiet neighborhood with no issues parking. They had a ton of kitchen necessities and brand new soaps, shampoo, conditioner, etc. for us. Perfect for 2 people. The towels and sheets were spotless and very soft. Very comfortable memory foam bed. Highly recommend Bragan's place and if we visit Mobile again, we'll definitely be staying here. Thanks!
