We got a whole condo for less than the price of a hotel room. That was great for our budget.

Older looking interior/furniture. Upstairs neighbors are extra noisy. You will be able to hear every footstep over your head. Sleeping in is not an option due to the constant stomping above your head. 1st floor is not ideal. No screened in back porch.
