The Pearl of Navarre 205 offers two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a private balcony overlooking the beach. As you enter the condo you are greeted with a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. The master bedroom features an adjoined master bathroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is spacious and bright. With more than enough room for eight guests, The Pearl of Navarre 205 is perfect for a family vacation.
The Pearl of Navarre offers several amenities, including a community pool, hot tub, and fitness center. When you are not taking advantage of the resort, you can explore the beautiful area of Navarre Beach. Rent a pontoon boat and spend the day on the water, or sit back and relax on a dolphin cruise. Go shopping at beach boutiques and have dinner at a Navarre Beach restaurant. Be sure to check Southern Perks for discounts at local businesses.

- 30+ Days Prior to Arrival, 30% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 29 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.

The Pearl is a great building. Well maintained and great grilling area. The room was large and mostly well maintained with the exception of some renovation needed.

Great place. The building is well maintained with a great outdoor grilling area with both gas and charcoal. The condo has a few renovation opportunities but generally in good shape. No high-end finishes but average for a rental unit. Two complaints - I don't know if this is Souther Vacations or AirBNB but a 9am checkout is ridiculous. The standard 11am would have been fine but for the money, 9am is unacceptable. TV/Internet - if you are going to rely on streaming services for TV (no traditional cable) then the Internet needs to work. First half of the week the WiFi was spotty often with 'no internet' on all recommended SSIDs. There was a WiFi survey done toward the second half of the week with the comment that new WiFi equipment was being installed in the building. Hopefully the next guests will benefit.
