- 30+ Days Prior to Arrival, 30% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 29 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.

Nice place except for the furniture. It was very uncomfortable. 2 months is a long time to feel like you are sitting on cardboard.

Great condo with lots of good room for our family! Felt we all had our own space! Only negatives: sliding door to patio had a broken handle which made it hard to lock, rug in living room looked to have burns on it and dishwasher hinge seems broken as the door swings open too quickly. Great location, nice big kitchen, great bathrooms and quiet area!
