You need to explain to guest about the HALO system and how it shuts off the water to the condo. We heard guest in other units having the same issue after we did. This is also why we rated the staff low, as there was no one to talk with about the water when HALO shut it off. Check out time is too early, 9:00 am is several hours earlier then most places I have stayed. Check in is too late. 4:00 pm and you charge me for the day. There should be a ramp to the beach, I know it is not something yall control, but it should be present.

This property worked well for our needs. Nice and clean. AC works well. There are few supplies, so plan on going to the store if you are staying for more than 24 hours.
