The house was very nice and enjoyed the location along with the private beach. The house however lacked very basic start up items. Such as food storage containers, basic spices and toiletries. Adding very items would help for the first 24 to 36 hours.

Beautiful home that my family and I throughly enjoyed for the week. Loved being so close to the beach and having private pool right out the back door. It was the ideal set-up for grandkids who still needed to nap. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, plenty of dishes and oversized fridge, extra ice maker and drink fridges. The gas grill off the kitchen deck did not work, so would have been nice to have known that prior. Also the oven knob was broken, so it was hard to regulate the temp. We contacted the property management group and they sent someone out to assess promptly. Would definitely rent/stay her again.

Beautiful home! We loved it. It just has a few issues to still workout bc of being new. The beds are the only thing I would mention. They were new but very rickety sounding. You could not move they were so loud. The headboards are too tall they hit the wall when you move any. The queen bedroom has a shorter headboard but it was a very loud bed. It sounded like it was going to break when you got in it. All in all it was a very beautiful place and fit our family perfect. Lots of stairs but we made it okay. Has an elevator, but we couldn’t ever figure it out to work. The built in gas grill next to the kitchen didn’t work but they supplied a portable one downstairs. We enjoyed it, just wished they would have had better beds.
