This property is on the 2nd floor and the pool and beach are a very close walk which we loved. Pool was never really crowded. The pool is in the shade after 3 or 4 pm. The restrooms are close to the pool. There is a shuffleboard game outside the pool. All stores and restaurants are super close. The local restaurants like Boshamps does not take reservations and is a very long wait. We tried for 3 evenings and couldn’t get a spot- always a 2 hr wait. Brotula’s was decent and a 1 hrs wait for dinner. Chain restaurants are less of a wait and take reservations. The Destin Harborwalk village is also an option for restaurants and shops. Our favorite (a bit further away towards Miramar Beach) was Commelfo’s - a bit of a European fine dining experience but the food was amazing. Overall an excellent stay.

Great place to stay, clean and the beach access is perfect! Just have to get the gate codes figured out. Had to call a couple times for that.

Ocean and pool view from balcony. Comfortable 2 BR condo. Good parking. Gated. Nice exercise room and community room on the main floor. Close to many shops, groceries, and restaurants.
