Be prepared to have problems with the keypad and lock. We called and texted several times about it. We were told things to do and we did them. We were told 2 times someone would be out to look at it. We were there a week and no one showed up. We had to do several attempts to get in the door but we got in. Once the maintenance man from the Regency itself helped us in. He said this was a recurring problem with this unit. Also we only had 5 wash clothes and there were six of us. We had to go buy more, which we donated to condo when we left. Also needed more storage bowls. The recliner was very uncomfortable.it seemed to be broken. BUT the beds were superb! Very comfortable. The condo was very roomy and the balcony was awesome.
