- 30+ Days Prior to Arrival, 30% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 29 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.

The beds are AWFUL. Very firm and left us all with backaches every day. Not to mention the primary bedroom bed is very squeaky. We inquired about getting mattress toppers, but the property managers mostly ignored this request. Be sure to bring your own hair dryer as there is not one available. Also recommend building in extra time when cooking anything in the oven as it doesn’t seem to get as hot as it should. The location is great though and we enjoy the pools at the adagio and the proximity to the beach.

The location of the Adagio is awesome and this particular unit was great because of the proximity to the pool. But any future guests need to know all the beds are hard as rock. Some may like this but these beds were beyond firm. Mid-week I made the decision to sleep on the couch just to get some relief. My pregnant wife and other guests were not fans of the bed either.

You can not be on the beach with chairs at the waterline. I think this only in 30a never had an issue in Destin.
