Edgewater Leeward #206 is a fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath vacation condo in Panama City Beach with accommodations for up to six. This condo’s décor invokes images of the beautiful emerald-green waters just beyond your door. Your Gulf Coast vacation begins as soon as you walk in.
Your kitchen has the space and all the equipment you need to prepare beach snacks, whip up a sandwich for lunch, or maybe even craft a home-cooked meal. You may even feel inspired to create a coastal cocktail and enjoy it out on your private balcony while savoring beautiful views of the sun setting on the shoreline.
The living area invites you to relax and enjoy the coastal-inspired hues and outstanding Gulf view provided by the floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors leading to the private balcony. The sofa doubles as a bed for two. There are also a matching loveseat and two easy chairs, allowing everyone to enjoy time together. A flat-screen TV is available should you tire of looking out at the beautiful Gulf just beyond the windows.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. Both bathrooms come with a shower/tub combination perfect to help wash off the salt and sand from your day at the beach!

The management company was great to work with and quick on any things we needed help with. The beach felt like a private beach and we had an amazing time. Loved having a washer and dryer as we were able to wash our towels everyday and keep things fresh for our stay. I recommend for sure and we will be back.

Although the space could use updates throughout it was spacious and clean. The building is small and the beach out front is owned by the association so it’s quiet for spring break. We enjoyed walking to stores and dinner at American Charlie’s and the Mexican restaurant. It happened to be raining on Tuesday which was 1/2 price arcade day at Rock-it lanes so we bowled and had fun. Nothing beats the sunset on the beach. The views from the condo were gorgeous. This was our second time at Edgewater and it’s a very secure, nice resort.

It’s such a nice building. The location (2nd floor) is easy to get to with the stairs and because it’s a smaller building the beach in front of it is quiet. We have loved staying in this building twice now. It’s spacious and open with big windows to see the ocean. Bring or buy everything from salt and pepper to TP, paper towels, cleaning spray, coffee filters, hand soap, Kleenex, you need to provide everything. Go across the street and check out the shuffleboard, basketball hoops, tennis and golf. It’s so affordable to golf for the week ($140 for 2 unlimited). You can rent two lounge chairs with an umbrella for $50 a day.

The property manager does not answer calls after he is off work, even if you are without electricity.The representative at the front desk was very helpful when no one else would answer calls or messages. The property was very clean, but some updates are needed.
