Nice location, but needs updating and to be cleaned better. We love Maravilla, as it’s our third year staying at this complex, but would not recommend staying at this condo.

Would not recommend this unit. Washer/dryer didn't work. Couldn't be replaced. Bedroom TV didn't work. Fixed midweek. Small cockroaches in all rooms. They claimed it had been sprayed week ago and they had to wait 7 days. Perhaps a better exterminator is needed.
