Once you step inside, you’ll become enchanted with the calming coastal décor, hardwood floors and natural light from the large balcony windows. The living room offers comfortable couches centered around a large Smart TV, so go ahead and binge watch a whole season of your favorite show. The dining table offers seating for four to help you enjoy a meal together. The well-appointed kitchen boasts everything you need for meal prep, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
There are sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests across its two bedrooms and living room sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms offer Smart TVs so you can stream in your own space when the living room TV is occupied. A washer and dryer are included in this condo for your convenience.
Villas on the Gulf offers a relaxed neighborhood with some great amenities. Take a walk to the lagoon area or down to the beach. Go for a swim in the community pool and soak up some sun while relaxing in the cool water. You’ll find plenty of nearby points of interest, including Fort Pickens, which the history lovers in your group will enjoy. When you don’t feel like cooking head out for some local cuisine like Peg Leg Pete’s with fresh seafood. The free Pensacola Beach Trolley, which runs from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day, offers a convenient way to explore the area.

This was our 2nd year staying at the Villas, but in a different unit. This one was a little further away from the beach but still not bad. Condo is in need of some TLC. Our door code didn't work when we arrived but called the 800 # and was fixed immediately. Faucet broke the first time I washed my hands. Management fixed that a few days later. Internet NEVER worked in our condo. Management was able to get us connected to another condo's internet but we could never get all the tvs connected and working. But for the price I paid, wasn't an awful stay. We do enjoy being further down the beach with less traffic and people.

A great place for kids. A great location. The place was a bit worn but more than adequate. Well stocked kitchen. Well stocked for kids. Games, toys, chairs and umbrellas for beach. We had a blast. Downside; Check in 4 pm; check out 9 am. Southern Vacation Mgt. then reaches out to you outside of Airbnb and offers you reasonable check in/checkout time for more money paid directly to them. So now they want you to give them CC number too. Then they offer you more days at 40% off paid directly to them. If I book on Airbnb I pay through Airbnb. They keep trying to get you to use their personal portal, give them all your financial and personal info too. Found it to be aggressive marketing. I hate that. Prefer private owners.
