With over 2300 square feet of space, this condo rental allows for up to eleven guests. There is plenty of room to spread out with three bedrooms and three and a half baths. The primary bedroom features its own private balcony, where you will capture panoramic views of the Gulf. The balcony additionally features a private hot tub for your enjoyment. Each room at Turquoise Place is equipped with Smart TV’s where family and friends can unwind after their relaxing day on the beach and catch up on their favorite shows. The property features its own private gas grill and a fully stocked kitchen that has stainless steel appliances and luxurious granite countertops. Family and friends will enjoy gathering around and catching up over a meal in this spacious vacation rental.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Turquoise with Southern!! Our absolute favorite OBA trip, hoping to book next year for the same week!! Loved everything about the condo - size, amenities, attention to detail. Wish our week didn’t have to end! What else can I say besides it was an absolute joy!!

Condo was amazing. Property has lots to offer for all age groups. Nice beaches, nice pools, nice views, nice private hot tub on balcony, nice amenities in room, very clean. 5 star!!!

Don’t come expecting any extras that are normal in other rentals. No beach towels or anything else for the beach that is the reason you stay here and really pitiful wifi.

This was absolutely the nicest condo that we have ever stayed in! We will be back hopefully to the same room. The in-house icemaker was a double plus for us! The Jacuzzi was another double plus for us. We hope they never discontinue having those on deck. All personnel was very friendly, kind and professional. We will be returning again.
