It is expensive for what you get. Other rentals in the area offer more and include beach service. Parking is awful and it's a struggle to get to your room with groceries when the elevator does not work.

The unit is as pictures shown. Condo is fine, problem is with Southern Vacation Rentals, they didn't return my call upon my arrival... I had to check back the next day to get the answer. Also, the maitenance going on at the condos is much worse than we anticipated. Extremely loud, dusty and smelly. Wish I could post all the pictures of the construction going on at IP. I would not come back to this unit or rent from Southern Vacation Rentals again.

Great condo. It is at the end of building so there was zero noise from other vacationers. The balcony is not “ocean front” but you can see the ocean from it. We were able to see the flag status each morning before we headed to the beach. The only complaint we have involves the mattress. It badly needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was perfect.

We loved this condo! It has plates, forks spoons etc. cooking utensils, dishes etc! Loved that it had a washer and dryer in the unit! That made a world of difference for us with 3 small kids! The pool was nice, hot tub also, and the beach access is just downstairs, walk through the pool and your at the beach access! Perfect location and only a couple minutes from Destin! We will definitely be booking again here! We loved the balcony also!
