We enjoyed our stay at the condo in Santa Rosa Beach. It was very clean and the management company did a great job of communicating clearly and answering our questions. It's on the 3rd floor and having an elevator is very handy with groceries. My daughter enjoyed use of the pool daily. We love this location and walked to Beachy Bean for breakfast every morning which has a great view of Eastern Lake. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for cooking. But I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner which is not provided. We recommend staying here!

The area is highly tourist oriented so I understand that they can charge whatever the market will bear. We rented 3 weeks prior from Airbnb in a very different location...still highly touristed...but paid 1/2 for a very similar accommodation!
