I only rate this property a 5 due to the fact that someone walked in on my family an hour before we were scheduled to check out which is completely unacceptable. They entered our room without permission.

We really enjoyed our trip to Panama City Beach Florida. The condo at Emerald Beach Resort was great and conveniently located. The team at Southern Vacation Rentals was very helpful and spot on with their support making our trip to the beach that much more enjoyable.
