A nice condo in a great location, cleaned and free of clutter. Easy to get in. Great pool! However, you have to bring trash bags, toilet paper and any cleaning stuff if you are staying longer than a weekend. There are no soaps or any toiletries that other renters might offer.

The dryer was out of order up until our last nights stay. We brought 5 of our grandchildren. Without a dryer it was more than just an inconvenience. It was a huge hassle having to hang clothes everywhere inside and out on the balcony. My daughter flew in from Baltimore so since the dryer was fixed the night before she left we had to stay up till after midnight trying to get all their clothes ready for their departure and with Check out at 10 if was a problem. Whenever we heard back via text from the customer services we were told to go find a laundromat and they would pay for any amount we spent. After spending over 3000.00 being told to go find a laundromat was not a good solution when trying to have a family vacation. Hopefully the next family will have a much happier experience than we did. The condo inside was one if the nicest one in 40 years we have stayed in. The hallbunks had private doors and lights inside with plenty of cool air vents. The pool was spectacular. It was a three in one pool . That my grandchildren loved. Love the location also.
