The condo itself was lovely. We had an issue with the locks and the TV, and the Southern Management team and condo owner were both very responsive and helpful. However, the staff at One Seagrove Place could be a bit friendlier. All of the reasons that give us a pause to return have to do with the actual facility itself, not the actual condo. Beach access was very convenient and we enjoyed our time at Love at First Sight.
