Had a wonderful time on our 30A vacation. Loved the proximity to the pool and beach. House was clean and spacious. 10/10 on the neighborhood pool. We loved getting our coffee at The Coffee Shop, down the street, every morning. Having access to a golf cart is key. Stayed in Destin plenty of times over the years but prob one of my favorite places so far. Thank u so much for having us and we will be back:) Couple things to note- the pool monitor was quite aggressive to the vacationers about drinks and wrist bands. Several people complained. Would love to see new beach chairs and umbrella added. The ones in the garage were broken. Would be a great addition for people flying in from out of town, to not have to purchase them.

The home itself is beautiful as far as the furniture and style of decor and finishings. Upon entry there was hair in the tub and food in the dishwasher. The home is not like other Airbnb’s it literally has zero cleaning supplies..any place we’ve stayed has had countertop, floor, toilet cleaner etc. no directions for the house. We found the broom by accident the last day. No beach towels or chairs. The grill is extremely filthy. The house is not close enough proximity to the beach to walk with young kids so renting a golf cart is the best choice.
