This condo has one of the best views of the beach and of the bay. We loved it.

Very clean, friendly. No problems the years we have been coming. My only complains using the tv. Need instructions on how to use just regular channels. We go by the sheet for what channels, and when we press it, you get something completely different. Just frustrating to say the least. Other then this we thoroughly enjoy staying.

Overall a lovely find that we will go back to! Great location, beautiful view from the 17th floor! Walkable area for restaurants and such. You will have to go back over the bridge for a grocery store though. Fantastic beach location and access as it is the last large complex before the private homes begin. The unit was pretty clean but not pristine. The vacuum should be replaced as it barely works and seems quite old. The dryer wasn't working but they were responsive and had someone out to fix it within hours of letting them know! There are a lot of codes to remember but I didn't mind, just be prepared! They lacked a few kitchen amenities the listing said they had such as salt, pepper, and olive oil so we had to go back out for those. The smaller bathroom could use some attention as the tub does not drain well at all and we frequently had to rinse it out from the sand so be prepared for that. I would recommend considering including umbrella and chair rentals as part of the listing.
