We loved the little community and the actual condo was small but clean and updated nicely. Accuratly described. However. Description did not mention the drama w accessing private beaches. We rented chairs online ahead of time and got to beach access only to be told we would have to be on public beach…..we didn’t have our chairs and they seated us 6 rows back from ocean. We were inches from the next beach goers. Had to walk almost a mile down beach and pay AGAIN to have private beach access. For this reason I would not book again.

Comfortable and clean space. Small but perfect for the three of us. Great neighborhood and easy access to beach and we did not have any issues with public vs private beach.
