Landing on a 3.75 star for this one.. This is a beautiful home and I really don’t think the pictures quite do it justice. The area is in a gated community and the house is on a cul-de-sac so private and quiet. However, the lack of basic supplies and toiletries was very frustrating considering how much we paid for this property. For 8 people, there was 2 rolls of toilet paper, 7 shower towels, no hand soap, a small packet of dish soap, no salt and pepper (as listed), quite a few outlets didn’t work, and on the first night the fridge was leaking from the bottom and nobody stopped to check it out. They were prompt in their response to put in a work order, but no follow through to our knowledge. Knowing most people are coming from out of state or for short trips, I expected there to be a little more provided based on the price we paid. A great neighborhood and beautiful home, though!

The home itself is very nice and in a great area, but based on the price we paid for this condo we expected basic toiletries to be stocked better than they were. We had 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom (2), no hand/dish soap, the trash bag in the can was the only one, and 1 kitchen towel. A lot of outlets on the walls didn’t work and the left side of the master sink did not work. We put in a maintenance request for a leaking fridge night one and were told a request was put in but we didn’t hear back or have anyone stop by during our stay to fix it. 8 of us were in the group and none of us have ever stayed at an Airbnb with such little supplies.

Overall the house was good, the “room” with the 3 beds isn’t actually a room and the patio screen had holes in it so sitting outside at night was a no go and the garbage disposal didn’t work. Also they only provided one set of bed linen which was the set on the bed. But I enjoyed my stay.
