Selfishly, I don’t want to write this review because I want this to be our own private oasis. This place was amazing. There was 5 of us with 2 under 10. There was a ton of space for all of us. The kids bedroom was perfectly sized with two beds. The guest bedroom has a king bed which was very comfortable. It also had its own full bathroom. The primary bedroom was very large and the bathroom had nice finishes. The bathroom was a little narrow but really nothing to complain about. The location is across the street from the beach which is less than a 5 min walk. The balcony is huge and has a good view of the ocean and pool. It was perfect for what we were looking for and we had no regrets. If I had to search for a complaint, it’s the checkout time of 9am. The cleaning crew was waiting on us at 8:30 and considering this is a 3 br unit, we had a lot of stuff to get out. There are lots of restaurants and amenities close by. Spring breakers were there but not bad. We will definitely come back.

I feel it necessary to leave a detailed review since there was only 1 review listed when we booked on Airbnb. Spacious condo that’s literally across the street from the beach. Quiet complex. Nice size bedrooms and closets. Kitchen nicely equipped with the essentials. Close to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. It was nice that the complex has an elevator since this unit is on the top floor. We brought a wagon to transport groceries up to the unit. Southern Vacation Rentals was very quick to respond when we had issues. The water stinks. This is our 3rd time vacationing in Miramar Beach, we never experienced this with the other places we’ve stayed at. Dishwasher spikes on the bottom rack don’t stay standing when you add plates. The bed with the cream-colored headboard has an issue. Seems unstable and squeaks a lot. The beds for us weren't comfortable. Internet and TV went out multiple times. Lost water too for short time. Thermostat is controlled remotely.

This was a great location. We highly suggest renting the golf cart as it is a very big golf cart community with a lot to do in walking and golf cart distance on the strip. The condo was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. Such a great place to bring a young family with min to no noise in the evening. We will return.
