Bring your own curtains for the master and be prepared to not sleep well on that tiny bed.

Convenient to stores and restaurant. Beautiful beach view! Clean. Well stocked with furniture, kitchen cooking items, large fridge. Great A/C. Awesome patio to view ocean from.

Loved the location!! Worth the rent just to wake up and see the Gulf every morning

The view is AMAZING, and the location is desirable! The beach is not over crowded, and there was so much marine life to see. (Jellyfish, dolphins, sting rays [two species], crabs, hermit crabs and btw the fishing is also GREAT! The parking lot is small, but we never had an issue finding parking. Handicap cars tend to park over the wheelchair access, which is the same access you use to pull a cart with luggage up. They aren't very friendly with visitors asking them to move to allow access either. Luckily I had strong boys to help lift the cart onto the curb so I could get to the elevator with my luggage. Seating on the balcony should be a top priority when the place is being updated. There are two very tall seats, at a tall table, and that's all. If you bring your family, bring some chairs. The condo is stocked heavily with kitchen equipment, which was very nice. You will need to bring your own measuring spoons, otherwise we had everything we could have needed, and more! There is a Keurig, and that's worth noting because we came with coffee and filters as the description says to do. The sofa has many stains, and the bunk beds are INCREDIBLY loud when you sit, lay or move at all. They're very cute, but the wood-on-wood framing will be every renters nightmare, I promise!! The rental company being used are NOT easy to get on the phone. It took more than 30 mins to finally reach someone when we needed them. In all, this could be a 5 star review, without the hassle of trying to reach someone when something goes wrong, a couple of normal chairs on the balcony, and that darn bunk bed that continued to wake EVERYONE when a child moved in their sleep. The location is perfect in my opinion, and I would stay in this building (Sundunes) again for sure. It's not the newest building, but it's not crowded, and the view is wonderful!
