The condo was nice and fit our families needs very well. The first 4 days were frustrating because of issues we had, mainly the lock on the door. When we arrived, we couldn't get in and had to call and troubleshoot and ended up getting a different code. The next day, the washing machine wouldn't work. Turns out, it did work but need the lid pushed on to ensure it ran properly, but it took all day for me to get that answer. I got texts that said they had contacted me and showed me how to when no one had been there yet. I even got a text when we got there saying the washer was going to be replaced, but the one in there still worked. I think it was known there was an issue and that instructions on how to make it work should have been given instead of waiting for the problem to arise. Our third day, the keypad stopped working. And I had to stay in the condo and wait for someone to get there. The fourth day, the keypad wouldn't lock again and acted like it had no power. So once again, I was stuck in the condo while my family was out enjoying our vacation. Overall, the place was nice, the staff was nice, but we had a lot of issues that were very disappointing.
