- Within 29 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.

We had the best time the location was so convenient just right across the street from the beach in a private gated community. The house was very spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend this Airbnb. There’s a cute coffee shop called Camille’s just walking distance away or you can use the bikes in the garage to ride up there, there’s also a restaurant right across the street

Lovely big house with everything you and your family needs, from great location to even better amenities! It was clean and presentable when we came there and check-out list was very short and sensible. Beach is only few mins away, one thing that wasn’t mentioned is bikes that come included, there is over 5 of them in garage. Cons: No real person in airbnb messages but phone number provided is very responsive, Excessive amount of waivers and e-signs needed, They send you a website where you have to do too much in order to get codes for check in. Overall, I would absolutely book again, lovely place, luxurious house, short walk to the beach and decently priced

We LOVED the location and would book here again in a heartbeat! The short little legs of our 3 year old could handle the quick walk to the pool without complaints, and even the 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was as-listed, and had tons included to ensure a comfortable stay- tons of kitchen ware, books/games, beach chairs & toys, bikes, the list goes on. Property owners do an exceptional job, but our complaints were with the management company. We were unsatisfied with the cleanliness, as we found hairs everywhere in the house, which appeared to be a sign of a quick/poor vacuum/cleaning job. We also could not check in even a minute early due to timed locks (although were would have been able to enter early due to an unsecured back door aka security issue) but were rushed out 10 minutes early by the cleaning crew at checkout. Overall, we loved our time in Destin and would book here again. Thanks to the owners for a comfortable stay & well cared for property!
