You will love lounging in this spacious, open-concept home. The living room, kitchen, and bedrooms can all be found on the first floor. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you may need to whip up a home-cooked meal. It also features marble countertops and stainless-steel appliances adding a touch of luxury to your stay. Enjoy dinner around the dining table and retreat to the living before bed to enjoy your favorite movie up on the Smart TV. There is a bonus room on the second floor with another Smart TV to ensure each member of your group can stay up to date on the latest releases of their favorite shows.

This is a great property. I think we might have been the first group to stay there so their checkin process and communications was spotty sometimes. The house is in a great location and everything is relatively new. I recommend you rent the golf cart as it made trips back and forth to the beach much easier. You can walk if you want to but it is much easier to use the cart. Kids loved the bikes and were able to ride them all over the neighborhood. Publix is close and there are lots of dining options within a short driving distance. Overall this is a great house and I would assume that as they have more renters their processes and communication will improve.

Had a terrific week with the fam in Blue Mountain Beach. Neighborhood and house were fantastic....
Had a terrific week with the fam in Blue Mountain Beach. Neighborhood and house were fantastic. Golf cart is a must if you have small kids. The walk to the beach isn't too far but after a few hours there, the last thing you'll want to do is haul everything back. Here is my biggest suggestion for future renters. Bring some non-stick pots/pans or buy some cheap ones while there. You'll thank me after trying to scrape eggs and pretty much anything else out of the pans provided. Likewise, a decent knife and a baking dish wouldn't be a bad idea. Otherwise, everything else was on point and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The property itself is BEAUTIFUL! The neighborhood is also very lovely. The house has plenty of room and I especially loved the room off of the garage. The golf cart and bicycles were great as well. My problem is that it is not close enough to the beach or pool. Yes it is near the beach, but it is a 15-20 min walk to the beach. We tried to take the golf cart to the beach a couple of times but there is very limited parking. There are police officers just waiting to give you a ticket if you try to park somewhere that is not allowed. In addition once we made it to the beach you are not allowed to sit in certain areas. We had to move all our stuff several times because there are areas blocked off for other condos it was confusing and a hassle. We went in July and it was packed, of course it was peak season but we could barely find a place to sit on the beach. The pool was nice but again not close enough to the house, its over on another street too far to carry all your stuff in the heat. The house is GREAT the location is not good for my family, we would not stay here again.
