Having to go to a secondary location to get and return the key was highly inconvenient and we’ve never had to do that before. There weren’t enough sleeping pillows, and there were no basic pantry items like salt & pepper, enough dish soap, etc.

Really the biggest downside was that the entry was NOT a code and we drove 1hr round trip to pick up and return the keys. A location on or closer to Caribe would be MUCH better.

The property itself was great, but the property management made the experience unpleasant. The check in time of 4 pm is too late, and that is inaccurate as well since the packet pickup cannot be done before 4 pm and then you have to drive 30-60 minutes to the property. We were told we would get two parking spots and never were able to find a second so had to park in the uncovered overflow lot and walk a long way. We had to go out of our way when leaving to return the keys and parking passes which added additional drive time and inconvenience. We were told there would be minimal supplies and they were indeed minimal with no soap available for the kitchen at all. The property management company appears to be doing the absolute bare minimum to make the VRBO experience a reality. We won’t use this particular company again due to these inconveniences.

The condo was great, and we loved the furniture. The balcony was excellent. The property was a little run down and the elevators didn’t work so there were always long waits. Fortunately this unit was on the fifth floor so we could take the stairs. Great views and pools. The property management company implied a 4 pm check in time but that’s 30+ minutes away from the property and they offered the most minimum of supplies. Thin bars of soap for the bathroom and one roll of toilet paper. No salt and pepper and few dinnerware options. Overall the condo was lovely but we felt like the property management company was skimping as much as they could to save money. We even had to drive back in the wrong direction 30 minutes to return the key cards which definitely seem like they could be trashed and replaced. We will look for a different ‘owner’ next time as we like the vrbo experience.
