I have seen many other units in Seawind. This particular unit is quite dingy and not well care for. There are other units in this building that are clean and well cared for, but this is not one of them.

Bedrooms were small. The room was dated and needs upgrades. The smallest tv you can buy were in the rooms and Dish television was going out while trying to watch the televisions. The elevators are the worst. Two elevators for the 20 story building is not enough to accommodate the guest sufficiently.
