It was a nice condo. The pictures and online description was spot on. We had a nice view of the ocean. It was a short walk to the beach, however it is not right on the beach so you still have to walk. Mostly everything was great! Now the terrible part. When we arrived to our condo we had our code that was sent to us. There are instructions above that talk about using a check mark but they said that the symbol would be in the instructions. We found out that it was incorrect. We did have to use the symbol even though it was not in the code they provided. Now the biggest problem we had was the pool code. They provided 3 different pool codes for 3 different pool. Firstly it doesn’t tell you which pool code goes to which pool so it is a guessing game when you get to the gate. Also we were unsure if we also needed to use a symbol. We stood at the pool gates forever attempting different pool codes and nothing worked. Thankfully someone assisted with entry and told us the code. I spent the ENTIRE week speaking with guest services attempting the get the correct code for the pool. Then kept telling me it was one they had already sent. They would tell me I needed to push the gate when it clearly states to pull the gate. Guest services finally got us the correct code on Thursday after I request the property manager meet me at the front door of my condo and escort me to the pool and show me how to use the pool code. I felt as though they weren’t really contacting anyone until I request that, so hopefully now that they have the correct pool code it will not longer be an issue for future guest. Overall we had a great stay and I would recommend staying here.
