Loved the view and location. Unit was Very well equipped but kitchen could use some drawer organization. Garbage disposal was on the large sink and should be on the small sink. Dishwasher leaned. Even after repairman fixed it but not as bad when we arrived

Property is beautiful and well maintained. Pool is small and definitely used by people staying across the street at The Venus, we saw them walking to and from. This makes it almost impossible to use the hot tub or pool at times. Unit didn’t have fitness center key when we arrived and they couldn’t figure out how to get it to us until Wednesday evening. WiFi id and password provided were not right and we had to go on a wild goose chase to find the info, which we didn’t locate for over 24 hours. No cell services in front half of the unit so this was actually a really big problem. We would probably stay at Bella Riva again but would reconsider renting from Southern Vacation rentals until they get some things figured out or until the address issues in a more timely manner.
