This place was very nice. The only problem was at check in. We arrived at the condo and the lady at the desk said they had no record of us staying. We were given a number to call. We did and were told to go next door to a different condo. We went and no one was there. Went back and were told we could try checking at at a place about 1 mile down the road. We went, and again no one there. But there was a lock box, so we entered the code and got the key card. You'll need to give a better explanation on how and where to check in
