We had a great stay! Everything in the home was just as pictured. Communication was great. We walked to the beach each day and enjoyed the nice pool in the evenings.

This is a repeat location for us because the house is just what we needed and super close to the beach. Our 8 kids, ranging from 23yo - 8yo, enjoyed the small circular neighborhood of 15 or so houses, the short walk to the beach (literally across the street from the entrance of the neighborhood) and even shorter walk to the pool. The pool was clean and a good size for all the guests there. We cooked almost all of our meals there with ease in the kitchen and enjoyed the large open concept dining room and living room. There are 3 bathrooms which worked out ok. The upstairs bathroom was a little tight for the room that slept 4 with the bunk beds. The beds were comfortable but I wouldn't put large teenage boys on the top bunks. There is no backyard but a front porch with seating for 4. We basically wanted a home base for the beach, meals and family games. This place fit the bill. We only had one issue with missing pillows but that was resolved after we spoke to the right people at Southern. We hope to go back next year.

The location of this house is great! The small circle of houses is directly across the street from the beach and an easy walk for littles. The house is well suited for a family. It has a large dining table for playing games and casual meals. The hot water is always hot, even after everyone has showered off. The community pool is just across the circle of houses making it easy to have a pool dip before or after the beach.

Excellent location for a family looking to enjoy a quiet neighborhood but close to local restaurants, the pool and beach!
