Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
- Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.

Stayed here with extended family of 12. It was perfect. Clean, perfect location, the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. All the furniture was comfortable and kid friendly. Large rooms. 5 plus stars. Loved having a washer and dryer. Would definitely come back and hope to someday.

This condo was one of the best we have ever stayed in at Destin area. We have been coming for many years and this was by far most appointed with everything stocked. Updated furnishings throughout. Gorgeous view and enjoyed having lunch and dinner on the huge balcony with comfortable seating. We had 6 adults and were very well pleased with space, seating and comfortable beds. This unit is now our top pick when we return. The only suggestion I would give is to change the checkout time to at least 10:00. Most condos have a checkout of 11:00. 9:00 am checkout is too early…especially if you have clients with children.
