  • Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
  • Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.
  • Arrival window within 31 days or more a full refund less our service fee, travel insurance premium, and applicable taxes will be provided.

Safety was a bet of a concern. They are doing some outside construction which is not the owners fault but as a paying customer. I expect safety for my family. The gate to the condominium was left open the entire stay even when it didn’t appear the construction was stopping the gate from opening and closing. Pool is beautiful but you had people who were not guess/owners swimming in it. It appeared that some of the construction workers were bringing their family in to swim in the pool. I would hope the construction company had better control of their workers.

Not much about the property, but somewhere in the advertisement of the rental, or from the rental agency, we should have been notified that extensive and loud maintenance work was going to be being performed during the duration of our stay. I completely understand that buildings require maintenance, but when you have mornings where workers are working outside of bedroom windows, standing on a ladder outside of the entry door, and making tremendous amounts of noise at all times of the day, that information should be made available to renters prior to making any booking. If that work is not being done during the off-season, then every effort should be made to inform prospective renters that the time spent in the condo is not going to be quiet. Please have the consideration to tell future renter about this prior to their arrival.

The Emerald Dolphin is always great. This condo was very nice, clean and very easy to rent. I would recommend to anyone. 1st bedroom is very small and should really be counted for 2 small children. Hopefylly that helps someone down the road
