One item of note is the outdated TV in the den. There were three remotes (one with one of the batteries missing) and NO instructions. I assumed it was a fully capable smart TV and that I could log in to different streaming apps while there. Only Netflix was an option with no ability to add in other apps. If watching the regular cable only, most channels were not available. I ended up watching a couple of movies on my phone. The noise this year was SO different than last year (we also arrived two weeks later in the season). I don't think it can be advertised as a quiet neighborhood.
