Spacious & great beach access but a little dated & need of repairs for the price. Nothing in walking distance for families. Very few restaurants in area and always a 1-2hr wait. Destin is 10 miles but a 30+ min drive. Would be nice if you only want to relax on the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. While we didn’t get to enjoy the beach as much, had to stay out of the water, because of high rip currents; it was still a wonderful vacation.

We loved our stay in this spacious condo. The kitchen was fully stocked and even included a slow cooker for an easy meal in. Having two living areas proved to be an exceptional feature allowing for different groups to gather or just some quiet space if needed. The balcony was a favorite coffee spot for those who chose not to head straight to the beach. The pressure and hot water were great in the shower and mattresses slept well which means our group would definitely stay here again.

This area of Okaloosa Island is very quiet and we loved the slow pace and light traffic compared to the main stretch of Hwy. 98. It truly offers a place for a quiet, refreshing vacation with easy access to everything you need or want to do. Plus, the city of Ft. Walton Beach drags the beautiful beach early every morning so you're always walking out onto a pristine beach!
