While each area hosts their own events, the beach communities are so close to one another, and often intertwined, that visiting guests can participate and enjoy neighboring activities going on nearby with ease.

With fishing core to all of our communities, we commemorate several seafood festivals and fishing tournaments highlighting local fare and seasonal favorites. For the athletes, our climate is perfect for foot races, duathlons and triathlons, as well as fantastic beach volleyball tournaments.

2018 ArtWalk on the Harbor ~ Destin, Florida Events by Southern
2018 ArtWalk on the Harbor takes place the third Sunday of each month from 11 AM – 4 PM. Discover handmade pieces from over 40 artists, with work ranging from traditional art to jewelry, soap makers, watch designers, and more! These artists come from all over, providing a mix of local and regional pieces for you to uncover. Festival-goers will also have the opportunity to purchase art to add to their collections. This is a great way to support emerging and established artists!
You’ll find ArtWalk on the Harbor located just below Margaritaville, near AJ’s Seafood & Oyster Bar. This is a fun event in Destin that the whole family will enjoy. As an added bonus, this event is free and open to the public! Visit here for more information.
