Summer Surfing in Destin, Florida

For those looking for surfing in Destin, we’ve got you covered with Ride On Surf School. This is a great way to bond with the whole family as well as try a fun new water activity! Because the Southern Staff was lucky enough to catch the surfers in action, we’re giving you a glimpse at what your summer could look like in the video below!

If you’ve been eager to try surfing but haven’t had the courage to hit the waves, then Ride On Surf’s team of certified and experienced instructors can help give you the adventure you’ve been looking for. Lessons range from private lessons to group lessons, mini-lessons, and also surf parties! In addition to teaching you how to surf, they also offer a wide range of bodyboard, surfboard, kayak, and paddleboard rentals. This is truly a great way to experience the beach! They’ll also teach you how to master the stand-up paddleboard. Talk about an adventure!

Meanwhile, for the serious surfer, Ride On Surf also hosts a Billabong Surf Camp where you can truly master the waves! The two-to-three-hour course includes a surfboard, leash, rash guard and/or wetsuit. Daily classes run three hours, while the week-long ones last for three hours.
