LuLu's Restaurant in Gulf Shores
It’s spring time and that means that we are itching to hit the beach, be it for a long day under the sun or even just a lunch hour spent relaxing on the deck of our favorite restaurant.
One of the best deck’s in town to soak in the sun and enjoy a cool drink? LuLu’s on the Homeport Marina in Gulf Shores! If you have been on vacation to Alabama’s Gulf Coast before and haven’t been by LuLu’s be sure to hit it on your next visit.
You may be wondering where LuLu’s is located along your favorite beach. That’s because it affords you views of the intracoastal and not the Gulf of Mexico. But, trust us, this family-friendly restaurant is worth a little time away from the sand.
Well, we shouldn’t say you’ll be away from the sand. Actually, you will find plenty of the white stuff as you sip on a refreshing beverage and watch the kids play on the towering ropes course from your picnic table or sway to the sounds coming from the live entertainment stage. You can even head inside to have a little fun at the onsite arcade!
Oh, but let’s not forget the great food! Lucy Buffett, yes, of those Buffett’s, is a wonderful Southern cook and her menu offers everything from pot roast quesadillas and fried okra to seafood and, of course, cheeseburgers in paradise. We highly recommend visiting this family-friendly restaurant in Gulf Shores during your next vacation.
Not coming to Gulf Shores? Check out LuLu’s in Destin when it opens summer 2015.
