Today officially kicks off Red Snapper season! The season lasts all the way until July 21, and is sure to be a good time! The best way to catch these popular fish is with Destin Premium Charters. Or, if you’re a cook it yourself kind of person, try it pan seared with a little olive oil, lemon juice, rice vinegar, mustard, and honey. Top it off with some green onions and ginger for a Thai-inspired twist.
