The tennis courts/basketball/etc are across a busy road (kids can’t freely come and go). To use the parking spaces included with the unit, you must purchase a pass.

Jeff, we wanted to apologize for the confusion with the parking pass. We provide them free of charge to our guests. Unfortunately, we forgot to have yours waiting for you when we arrived. When we were alerted to this, we immediately sent someone over to deliver it. Regarding the amenities located across the road, we are continuously evaluating ways to improve accessibility and safety measures for our residents. We value your input, and we will take your feedback into consideration as we strive to enhance the overall living experience for our guests.
