Further, during slower times of the year property managers walk units on a regular basis to check for any potential issues. Maintenance

Accounting
At Southern Resorts we provide detailed and accurate monthly statements to all owners. Statements are posted on or before the 10th of the month and include detailed rental activity, income breakdown, and expenses itemized with year to date figures. Additionally, funds are deposited directly in to owners' bank accounts simultaneously. Statements and information on past and upcoming reservations are available to owners 24 hours a day via the OwnerLink on www.SouthernResorts.com.

Keyless Lock
Southern Resorts implements an innovative keyless locking system which provides guests, and homeowners alike, convenience and superior security. The product is the "Oracode 4400." This lock requires no keys or cards as it recognizes a "unique" internet generated code to unlock the door. Codes are issued and useful for a pre-determined time period, allowing us more control over who accesses your accommodation and when. No overlap between guests occurs, providing a safer atmosphere. Our feedback from guests is very positive. Since they are given a code and not a key, they may go directly to your property, immediately beginning their vacation, rather than standing in a line waiting to check-in. If they forget their code we are also able to generate a new one immediately. It is a win-win-win situation.

Long Term Leases
Southern Coastal Management, sister company of Southern Resorts, offers Long Term Lease management. This service is beneficial to property owners who want consistent year round income and do not use the investment property for personal vacations. Commissions for long term properties are 12%. Southern Coastal management is solely dedicated to managing long term properties including credit and reference checks, lease preparation, move in/ move out inspections, cleaning, rent collection, maintenance, advertising and legal aspects of tending to your property.
